All participants at scouting events (adults and youth) are required to submit an "All Scouting Events" Health & Medical Form. The forms are valid for 1 year and MUST be renewed annually. This form is good for all events lasting less than 72 hours. Events lasting more than 72 hours require the added "section-C". Ths form can be found for download here "Are you going camping?"
